School bus services affected by industrial action - Wednesday, 24 September

Industrial action by the Tramways Union on Wednesday, 24 September will affect school bus services to the following schools.
The services are affected by industrial action affecting all GO Wellington bus services scheduled to depart between 7.30am and 8.30am from the Karori Terminus and the Wellington Railway Station.
- Onslow College
- Otari School
- Queen Margaret's College
- Raroa Intermediate
- Rongotai College
- St Patrick's, Kilbirnie
- Scots College
- Seatoun School
- St Anthony's
- St Mary's College
- Wadestown School
- Wellington Boys' College
- Wellington East Girls' College
- Wellington Girls' College
The Tramways Union has advised GO Wellington it intends to take strike action during this peak commuter period, and that this will continue until further notice.
Under the Employment Relations Act, the provision of public transport is not considered to be an essential service. Therefore, there is no facilitiy to be able to give customers 14 days notice of industrial action.
